Dorota is a founding Partner of BZP and heads the Warsaw office. Dorota specialises in construction law and real estate. She has extensive experience advising clients on all matters connected to construction and infrastructure projects in Poland, including, companies involved in the renewable energy, railway, telecommunication, oil & gas and retail sectors.
Dorota advises clients (investors, developers, contractors and sub-contractors) on structuring their projects and how to minimise the risks arising from their business activities. She supports clients in choosing a location for the planned investment by conducting legal research of real estate and preparing due diligence reports. Dorota has many years of experience drafting and negotiating agreements concluded in the construction process, such as real estate sale agreement, lease and rental agreement, agreement for design works and construction works (including contracts based on FIDIC). She advises clients in relation to the administrative and judicial procedures required in the construction process.
Dorota frequently provides training seminars on construction law and the legal developments in the construction industry, including, planning and building issues, agreements for construction and design works matters, the liability of contractors and sub-contractors, claims and dispute resolution. She speaks fluent Polish and English and is a member of the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw.
Bogna is a founding Partner of BZP and heads the office in Tricity.
Bogna specialises in legal matters connected to construction projects, including environmental legal issues. She has extensive experience in the field of administrative law, construction law, environmental protection law.
She acts for clients before administrative authorities, during environmental impact assessment procedures and advices clients on liability issues with respect to any breach of environmental law. For many years she has provided legal advice to regional authorities and companies operating in the construction and energy sectors.
Bogna provides training seminars to administrative authorities and private entities on administrative procedures and environmental law. She speaks fluent Polish and English and is a member of the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Gdańsk.
